      Max Stier discusses the recent presidential actions affecting the federal workforce

      Partnership President and CEO Max Stier joined "A Starting Point" to answer questions related to the impact of the recent executive orders affecting the federal workforce. 

       

      The two videos examine the powers of the presidency and moves to restructure federal agencies as well as plans to lay off, buy out and reclassify career civil servants.

      The 2024 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government® rankings are coming soon

      The Partnership for Public Service will release the 2024 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government rankings on March 6, 2025.

       

      The 2024 rankings measure employee engagement and satisfaction across government as well as at individual departments, agencies and subcomponents.

      • The rankings and accompanying data help hold federal leaders accountable for the health of their organizations, shining the spotlight on agencies that successfully engage employees and on those that fall short.
      • Most of the data used to develop these rankings was collected by the Office of Personnel Management through its 2024 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.
